Shop in Sweden and bring your goods to Norway

Start with the shop’s delivery options and the parcel’s packed size. Some shops deliver only within Sweden. Pick n’ Pack gives you a receiving option in Strömstad and a choice: collect yourself, or have us arrange onward shipping to Norway.

Collection can suit a trip you already plan to make. Forwarding can save a journey. Compare receiving, handling and freight together rather than only the shop’s delivery fee. Our checkout uses the route, weight, dimensions and goods value to find available options; bulky goods may need a personal quote.

    Bringing goods into Norway

The shop’s price and Norway’s import costs are separate. Norwegian import VAT, duties and carrier clearance may apply. If you collect and carry the goods yourself, check Norwegian Customs’ traveller rules; forwarding uses the shipment’s import rules. Norwegian Customs guidance

Storage is included for 14 days. After that it costs 124 NOK per parcel per started week.

Can I collect large or heavy goods?

When should I travel to collect?

Wait for our confirmation that the goods are ready. Bring your order reference and identification, and follow the collection arrangements in your account.

Can you forward my parcel to Norway?

Yes, where the route and parcel are eligible. Choose forwarding in checkout to see receiving, handling and freight together. Import costs are calculated separately.

Which address should I give the shop?

Use the address and order reference shown after checkout. Follow that order’s delivery instructions and register the shop’s order number in your account.

What if the shop offers only home delivery?

Ask us before purchasing so we can confirm that the delivery method works for your receiving warehouse.

Do I pay Norwegian import VAT when collecting?

Travellers’ allowances, the goods and the journey determine what must be declared. Check Norwegian Customs’ current guidance and keep your receipt.

Can you help me buy from the shop?

Yes. Assisted buying has one fee for the agreed basket. We confirm the goods, purchase amount and tax treatment before buying.

Do returning customers get a discount?

Sign in to your private account. Paid orders from the last 12 months count toward discounts of up to 20% on eligible service fees. Freight, goods, cover, outlays and storage are excluded.

Where can I find invoices and tracking?

In your Pick n’ Pack account. Each issued invoice or credit note has a downloadable PDF; parcel updates and available tracking stay with the order.
