Onboarding
We define SLA, EDI format, roles, cut-off times and VAS requirements. Contracts are transparent – no hidden setup fees.
Receiving
Pallets and containers arrive directly from sea, long-haul or local suppliers. We count parcels, register batch/lot, and perform control count and QC to your spec as an add-on.
Storage
Goods placed per SKU with batch and lot tracking. FIFO, FEFO or LIFO per your rules. Full visibility via report or API.
VAS & dispatch
Labeling, kitting, repacking or QC is performed on-site. B2B dispatch with booked timeslots, packing lists and customs documentation.
Continuous operations
Your dedicated account manager tracks KPIs, proposes optimisations and scales volume between warehouses across seasons.

How we run B2B 3PL
Onboarding starts by defining SLA, EDI format (EDIFACT, XML, JSON or SFTP/API), cut-off, VAS requirements and reporting, then establishing integration to your ERP. Pallets and containers arrive directly from sea or long-haul – we count parcels, register batch/lot, and perform control count and QC to your spec as an add-on. Goods are stored with traceability (FIFO/FEFO/LIFO). VAS such as labeling, kitting, repacking and QC runs on-site, and B2B dispatch happens with booked timeslots, packing lists and customs documentation. Three warehouses for 3PL — Fredrikstad, Berg and Strömstad
Full 3PL runs primarily out of the main hub in Fredrikstad (Elindveien 101), with access to the Berg border warehouse (6.7 km from Svinesund) for customs-adjacent operations and the Strömstad EU base for customers distributing into the EU. Batch and lot tracking follows stock across the hubs, and a dedicated account manager coordinates flow and scaling — without changing provider when volume or market shifts.

What is the difference between 3PL and fulfillment?+
3PL is the broader B2B service: pallet-in/pallet-out, EDI, batch and lot tracking, VAS and customs coordination. Fulfillment is the D2C part: store integration, one parcel per order and same-day cut-off. Same warehouse and team – but two workflows. Many clients run both in parallel.
Can you handle EDI integration to our ERP?+
Yes. We support EDIFACT, XML, JSON and file exchange (SFTP/API) against the common ERP systems. Integration is set up during onboarding and covers orders, receiving, stock and dispatch.
Can you do VAS – labeling, kitting, QC?+
Yes. Value Added Services run on-site to your spec: price labeling, EAN labels, kitting/bundling, repacking, quality control and photo documentation. Billed hourly or per piece depending on the task.
