Goods receiving is billed per started quarter of an hour — about kr 150 per pallet, minimum kr 199 per delivery.
The first line is included in pick & pack. Extra order lines cost kr 9 per line. Several units of the same item count as one line.
Locker and service-point freight depends on zone and weight. The calculator uses the average of eight zones for a 3 kg parcel.
Parcels with one side over 120 cm that cannot be machine-sorted: kr 129 per parcel in addition to normal handling.

- We count parcels per item number, check the labelling and open one parcel per item number to verify the quantity. Full unit-by-unit count: kr 599/hour, agreed before receiving. Counting the number of parcels against the load list is included in pallet receiving. The price assumes a sorted delivery — one item number per parcel, parcels labelled. Mixed parcels are sorting, not counting, and are priced as special work.

Storage
- Small-goods location approx. 20 × 15 × 12 cm, box 60 × 40 × 22 cm, shelf space 100 × 60 × 40 cm, half pallet approx. 0.5 m³. You pay for space, not for the number of item numbers — several item numbers can share one shelf space when the goods are separated and labelled.

- Up to 120 cm high. Tall pallet (121–180 cm) or floor space for goods that cannot be stacked: 229 kr.
- Up to NOK 100,000: kr 1,490 · up to NOK 250,000: kr 1,990 · up to NOK 500,000: kr 2,990 · up to NOK 1,000,000: kr 4,490 · above that: by agreement. Replaces ordinary minimum billing. Separate storage, segregated handling and two-person control at picking.

Returns
- Applies to small goods and samples up to 35.3 × 25 × 7 cm handled in batches. With photo and traceability log from kr 39/item. Single returns and goods to be put back into sellable stock are priced as standard return registration.
- Receiving, inspection, refolding, a new bag and restocking, ready for sale. Extra work is agreed in advance: kr 599/hour.
- Return inspection with photosfrom kr 129/item
- Document check, labeling, sealing and booking. Extra parcel from kr 149, pallet release is added per pallet.
