What affects the price?
Logistics needs vary. The final price for third-party logistics (3PL) is calculated based on how much work, space and system support the assignment requires.
Parcel types — how we define sizes
For pricing and capacity planning we use the following parcel categories.
- Mailbox parcel
- Max 8 × 25 × 35 cm and 5 kg. Delivered straight into the recipient's letterbox — nothing to collect. The 8 cm height is what decides it.
- Parcel locker parcel
- Up to 60 × 42 × 49 cm and 10 kg.
- Standard parcel
- Up to 120 × 60 × 60 cm and up to 20 kg.
- Heavy standard parcel
- Up to 120 × 60 × 60 cm and 20–35 kg.
- Long parcel
- Longest side above 120 cm, up to 240 cm.
- Oversized parcel
- Larger than 120 × 60 × 60 cm, above 35 kg, or requiring special handling.
- Non-stackable
- Goods that cannot safely have other parcels placed on top — for example fragile items, irregular shapes, soft packaging, open boxes or items that must stand upright.
Conditions for starting prices
Starting prices apply to standard goods, agreed delivery windows and correctly packed and labeled shipments. Freight, packaging, customs clearance and goods insurance are added unless otherwise agreed. Heavy, oversized, fragile, high-value or regulated goods are priced separately. Cross-docking requires a digital pre-manifest (recipient, address, weight, barcode), and goods must be customs-cleared before injection into domestic freight — we can handle the clearance for you. Where personal data is processed, we enter into a data processing agreement. Minimum billing is kr 1 490 per month and applies to every service. It is a floor, not a surcharge — if you use us for more, you pay only what you use. Months with no goods with us and no work performed are not invoiced.
