    Shipping

    Freight is charged per outgoing parcel. Eligible DHL routes from Halden accept up to 70 kg. Enter the weight and dimensions in checkout to see your total.

    Large goods and pallets

    Strömstad → Norway; Halden → eligible priced destinations. One packed load, up to 1,000 kg and 300 × 200 × 180 (Halden); 300 × 200 × 300 (Strömstad) cm, subject to the selected service’s limits and a complete current price. Enter the actual weight, dimensions, value and description; other loads receive a prefilled quote enquiry.

    What we cannot ship

    We cannot forward:

    • Aerosols, paint, flammable liquids and other dangerous goods (lithium batteries can be shipped — see below)
    • Alcohol and tobacco
    • Medicines and prescription goods
    • Weapons, ammunition and parts for them
    • Live animals, plants and fresh produce
    • Goods requiring a permit from other authorities
    • Parcels outside the carrier’s agreed size and weight limits

    If in doubt, ask us before you order. That is faster than getting the parcel returned.

    Customs and taxes

    Import taxes and customs clearance are calculated separately.

    Norwegian VAT is normally not refunded

    If you paid Norwegian VAT in the online store, you generally will not get it back when the goods are sent as a parcel. The tax-free scheme requires you to carry the goods across the border yourself. Some goods, such as books, are sold without Norwegian VAT — then the problem does not arise.

    Budget for both

    For goods you cannot buy where you live, the service is often worth it anyway. The fixed costs are per shipment, so several parcels sent together mean a lower cost per item — and the first 14 days are free.

    How long does it take?+
    We normally handle the shipment within one working day after the parcel arrives. Transit time depends on the country, typically 3–7 working days in Europe.
    Can you combine several parcels into one shipment?+
    Yes. We place unopened parcels in a new outer box and confirm packing and price before payment. Receiving is charged per incoming parcel and freight per outgoing parcel.
    Is this poste restante?+
    Collection in Halden: kr 189 per visit, plus parcel receiving. Collect in Strömstad from kr 448. Per parcel, including receiving, handover and 14 days of storage. VAT included.
    What are the weight limits?+
    Standard international parcels: up to 20 kg. Norwegian domestic parcels: up to 35 kg. Eligible DHL routes from Halden: up to 70 kg. Size and volumetric-weight limits apply; checkout shows the options for your route.
    Do I have to declare what is in the parcel?+
    Yes. We need an order confirmation or receipt showing contents and value. It is a requirement for the customs documents, and an incorrect value is your responsibility.
    Can I use your address as a business address?+
    No. We only offer a delivery address for goods.
    What happens if the parcel is not collected?+
    14 days of free storage from arrival, then kr 124 per week per parcel.
    What if the parcel is lost or damaged?+
    Tell us promptly and keep the goods and packaging. We help with the claim. Carrier liability is limited and may be below the goods value; tracked letters have no loss compensation.     Can you forward parcels both to and from Norway and Sweden?+
    Yes. We receive purchases in Halden, Norway and Strömstad, Sweden, for onward delivery in either direction and worldwide. Purchases from outside the EU forwarded to an EU destination go via Sweden. Choose your purchase and delivery countries to see availability, a price or a request for a manual quote.
