Do you support my platform?+
Almost certainly. We have native paths for Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, plus marketplaces and Nordic carriers. Anything else, Webently builds a custom bridge.
How long does a typical integration take?+
For supported platforms — 1 to 5 working days from signed agreement to first live order. Custom integrations are scoped case-by-case, usually 1–3 weeks.
Do you charge extra for setup?+
Standard integrations are included in your Lager or 3PL plan. Custom development is billed transparently by Webently at agreed rates — no hidden middleware fees. Setup and integration are included — no setup or one-off fee.
Who owns the integration code?+
You do. Webently builds for you, not against you. If you ever leave, the code, the data and the documentation go with you.
Can you handle multi-country / NO↔EU flows?+
Yes. With warehouses on both sides of the border (Fredrikstad/Berg in Norway and Strömstad in Sweden/EU) we route orders to the right side and handle customs and VAT.
