    1. General

    The services are provided by Ambient Lounge Norge AS, company reg. no. 916 815 700 (registered in Foretaksregisteret), with its registered business address at Sørliveien 141, 1788 Halden. Operations are run from the business unit Pick n' Pack, unit no. 938 279 292, Elindveien 101, 1615 Fredrikstad, which is also the delivery and visiting address.

    2. Services

    Pick n' Pack offers the following services:

    • Parcel receiving and pickup for private customers
    • Pallet receiving for businesses
    • Warehouse hotel (pallet storage)
    • Local warehouse Fredrikstad
    • Pick & pack
    • Fulfilment (e-commerce logistics)
    • 3PL (third-party logistics)
    • Returns handling
    • Cross-docking
    • Valuables (storage and picking of high-value goods)
    • Customs clearance (import and export)

    3. Important information

    We do NOT provide a registered business address or virtual office. Our address may only be used as a delivery address for goods and logistics services.

    4. Storage

    For private customers, parcels are stored free of charge for up to 14 days from receipt. After that, storage costs NOK 124 per week per parcel (incl. VAT). Separate contract terms apply to business customers.

    Goods not collected within 30 days after notification may be disposed of without further notice.

    5. Pickup and ID

    Valid ID (passport, driving licence or bank card with photo) is required when collecting parcels. Parcels are only handed over to the recipient or a person with written authorisation.

    6. Prohibited goods

    The following goods cannot be received, stored or handled:

    • Dangerous substances (flammable, explosive, toxic)
    • Illegal goods
    • Live animals
    • Perishable food (unless otherwise agreed)
    • Goods requiring special temperature control
    • Weapons and ammunition

    7. Liability

    Pick n' Pack is liable for goods in our possession within normal precautions. Our liability is limited to the actual value of the goods, up to a maximum of NOK 10,000 per unit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    We are not liable for damage caused by inadequately packed goods, force majeure, or hidden defects in the packaging.

    8. Prices and payment

    Current prices are available on our pricing page. Business prices are shown excl. VAT and private-customer prices incl. VAT, unless otherwise specified. Payment is made as agreed, normally monthly for business customers.

    9. Privacy

    Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

    10. Changes

    We reserve the right to change these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
